Bfc’red’update 14 Marchfcbfc’purple’b Posting Of Quarter Final Tickets Bfc

UPDATE 14 MARCH Tickets have been posted today for the following categories: Schoolboy/girl East Terrace South Terrace East Lower – Category 1 West Upper – Category 2 It is hoped that the remaining tickets – East Lower Category 2; East Upper Category 1; and, East Upper Category 2 – will be posted on 16 March. Original 9 March Message Jennifer and her merry band of helpers are in the process of sorting, labelling and packing envelopes with quarter-final tickets which were purchased by members through our online shop. At this stage, it is hoped that all orders will be posted on or before Thursday 16th March which will be just over 3 weeks from the launch of the ticket sales online and just 10 days from when online sales closed. Tickets are being processed on the basis of location within stadium (e.g. schoolboy, east terrace, east upper category 2, etc.). Subject to progress on the packing and labelling, the tickets for some of the locations may issue on Tuesday 14th March. We will advise here on the website as and when tickets are dispatched. We would ask that you refrain from contacting Jennifer to ask when your tickets will be posted as dealing with such queries will take her away from the packing. We are including 4 transfer-tattoos with each envelope – one for each cheek of person going to the match. The tattos are of the Munster crest. They are easily applied by a damp cloth. We ask that as many members as possible put the tattoos on their cheeks on the day of the match. We were very delighted to receive from Heineken Ireland a quantity of Heineken Cup keyrings. These are being included with some of the envelopes being issued with your tickets. They are randomly going in the envelopes as the number of ticket orders exceeds the number of keyrings. Due to the batches of tickets received from IRFU and also due to the number of seats in some of the rows being an odd number, in some circumstances it has been necessary to split an order for 2 tickets into seats behind each other – e.g. seat 123 on rows 3 and 4. These circumstances were outside our control and hope that members will be happy with the proximity of seat locations in such circumstances.
