The message below was issued to members who purchased a bodhran. We hope that there will be as much noise as possible to lift the team on Saturday so if you have your own bodhran, drum, pipes, or other musical instrument, it would be great if you could come along to the 22m line on the East terrace (Clareview end) on Saturday If you would prefer not to be near noise at the match, it might be better to be in the Ballynanty (North) end of the East Terrace Next Saturday, as you are well aware, is very important for Munster. The team need to repeat last Friday’s performance (and hopefully – result). It would be great if we could get as many bodhrans together in one area of the ground to maximise the noise and effect of the bodhrans. We hope to gather around the 22 yard line (City end/end nearest exit) on the east (side opposite stand) side of the ground and we would love to see as many bodhrans as possible. There were over 160 bodhrans issued but we know some have been damaged/lost but we would love to see as many as possible on Saturday making as much noise as possible. It would be great if you could get there early so the bodhran band can establish thier position.
