Bcastres – Prematch In Assoc. With Lyndale Healthcare Ltd — Iltd Places Remainingi B

LIMITED PLACES LEFT – BOOK NOW Following the success of our Charity Pre-Match Functions last season, we have decided to repeat the format this season with two guests and an M.C. in a Questions & Answer Session. The designated charity for the pre-match function is the IRUPA Injured Players Fund which we hope will be very well supported by all of our members. We are very pleased to announce that Brian O’Brien and Niall Woods have very kindly agreed to be our special guests for the pre-match function before the Castres Olympique game on 29th October. Niall is a former Blackrock College, Leinster, London Irish, Harlequins and Ireland international player who in 2003 became the Chief Executive Officer of the Irish Rugby Union Players Association. Niall was a prolific try-scorer in the Premiership with 12 tries in 1998-9 alone and he continues to hold the joint-record as highest points scored in an individual Premiership match with 32. Brian O’Brien is enjoying his first season in a long time not heavily involved in rugby following his retirement as Ireland rugby manager. Previous to that he was, of course, Munster Rugby manager, Lions selector,Ireland U-21 manager and a multitude of roles with Shannon including player, coach, manager, club president and he has the distinction of being the first Shannon player to be capped for Ireland. P.J. Coogan of Cork 96FM News and Sport has very kindly agreed to be our M.C. for the day. Bookings for this event are selling very rapidly. If you are interested, please ensure that you book immediately. Please download the booking form from the link below.
