FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY MEMBERSHIP PACK Membership packs for members who renewed on or before 24 July will be posted on 08 August. We hope that membership packs for those who renewed by 01 August will be posted by 12 August. We hope that membership packs for those who renew or join by 07 August will be posted by 19 August LOG-IN INCORRECT Members are reminded that your pre-set password is in the format of letter number letter number, etc. There have been a number of mix-ups between 1, I, l, 0 and O. To avoid any possible confusion, we recommend that you copy and paste your password from the email into the log-in box. I DO NOT KNOW MY PASSWORD Press the link called Get Your Password in the log-in box to the right. When you enter your Membership Number and email address (both as they exist on our system), your password will be automatically sent to you. THE CLUB DOES NOT HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS We wrote to all members for whom we did not have an email address advising of their password. We wrote to all members whose email address resulted in a bounce-back of the email advising of their password. These letters should have been received by now.
