What category seat do I have?
Your allocated seat category is based on your current Thomond Park season ticket. When you log in to select your seat, you will see your allocated category and available options.
Does the seating map reflect Thomond Park?
No. The seating map reflects SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh. While your allocated seat is based on your Thomond Park season ticket category, the stadium layout is different.
What are my options for moving seats?
You can:
- Move to another available seat within your allocated category at no additional cost.
- Upgrade to a higher category seat by paying the difference in price. Your 25% season ticket discount will be applied automatically.
I am an East/West Terrace season ticket holder. What are my options?
You have been allocated a Category C seat at no additional cost. You can:
- Keep your allocated Category C seat.
- Move to another available Category C seat.
- Upgrade to a higher category seat by paying the difference in price (your 25% discount will be applied automatically).
- Choose a terrace ticket instead, if you prefer.
What if I want to sit with other supporters that I normally stand with in the terrace?
You can move to another available seat or choose a terrace ticket, subject to availability. If you wish to sit or stand together, we recommend coordinating your seat selection with your group as early as possible. You can also purchase up to 4 additional tickets if you wish at full price.
Can I move seats after the selection window closes?
No. Once the seat selection window closes at 4:00pm on Tuesday, 11 August, you will no longer be able to change or upgrade your seat for this fixture.
Can I upgrade junior tickets on my account?
Yes. Junior tickets can be upgraded during the booking process by paying the applicable upgrade fee.
Can I buy the ticket next to mine if I move or upgrade?
Yes, if that ticket is not being used by another season ticket holder, you can purchase it. Please note any additional ticket purchases will be full price tickets
