At a committee meeting on 24th July 2006, the Members of the Supporters Club committee reviewed correspondence from several members, who had failed to renew their Membership of the Club and who had requested to renew after the closing date. The designated period for membership renewal for the coming season was from June 1st to midnight on June 30th 2006. The constitution of the Supporters Club states:
