Membership Renewals & New Members – Dates, Costs, Etc

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS & NEW MEMBERS 1. RENEWAL DATES Currently, we expect that full members can renew from the evening of 10th June to 6th July. We are finalizing testing of the renewal system and hope to allow full members to commence renewals on 10th June (afternoon/evening). Current associate members upto membership number 4.844 can renew from 11th June to 6th July Associate members from membership number 4,845 upwards can renew from 12th June to 6th July. New associate members can join from 14th June to 6th July. 2. NON-RENEWAL DEEMED TO BE RESIGNATION Members are reminded that the constitution provides that members who do not renew their membership within the renewal period shall be deemed to have resigned their membership. There is no facility to allow for late renewals. 3. COSTS The cost of full membership for 2008/9 will be
