Munster Rugby will hold their first of three provincial open training sessions in Cashel RFC, Tipperary tomorrow Friday July 9th.

Following on from the success of last season’s open training session in Clonakilty RFC Munster Rugby have decided to continue training in different locations around the province during the pre-season preparations.

The upcoming weeks will see the squad hold a full training session, to include rugby and conditioning, in the following venues: Cashel RFC, Tralee RFC and Waterford (venue tbc).

Munster Rugby’s Shaun Payne believes “It’s great for the lads to get around the province and it’s good to have variety in our training venues. We’re lucky that we can go out to our supporter base for a change, and it should help to promote rugby around the province.”

Friday July 9th Morning session @ 10.30am, afternoon session @ 1.15pm – Cashel RFC
Friday July 16th Times TBC* – Tralee RFC
Friday July 23rd Times and Venue TBC* – Waterford
